Hair from Boston Fashion Week

An exciting past week in Boston! Fresh off the Boston Fashion Week shows
in THE TENT, mizu was proud to participate in styling hair for the Lily
and Migs and Mark Miller shows on September 27th.
For Lily and Migs the looks featured vibrant color in dresses and
separates with eye catching cut-outs. Particularly exciting about the
looks were the addition of loose, textured styles including the fish tail
braid which Boston Magazine writer Tanya Pai went on to say she was
"obsessed with!" (see full article)
Stylists Josie Faria, Christine Bellamare, Donald Nelson and
Alexander Maud rounded out the fun and flirty pieces by adding extensions
and fishtailing their hearts out and the overall effect did not go
unnoticed. Congratulations Lauren and Jen of Lily & Migs for another
impressive show full of items we all want in our own closets!
Next up that evening was the Mark Miller show which from the opening
moments to the last model's walk did not disappoint! With hair styled to
complement Mark's lush and lavish furs - the mizu team of stylists
including Anna Costa, CJ Burns, and Alexander Maud effort's left the crowd
speechless and on their feet with cheers. We especially loved the white
fur looks. A stunning show and our congratulations to the entire Mark Miller team.
Wrapping up we would like to extend our thanks and admiration to sponsors
and organizers of Boston Fashion Week including The Mandarin Oriental
