Cancellations/Late Policy

We kindly ask for a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of an appointment. Any no-shows or cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee charged to the credit card on file. Keratin services are subject to 100% fee if canceled after 24 hours. We have a 15 minutes grace period for lateness. If you are any later than that, we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate you. It is left to the discretion of the service provider and management.
